Instructions: Grab a book or turn on your favorite podcast. Add 2-3 capfuls of bath soak under running water. Dip your toe into the water to make sure it's not too hot, not too cold. Ease into the bath. WOW! That smell! Lay back! It's okay to hummm a tune. Hang out for about 20-30 minutes.
